Publifin, Samu social, Ores… La question du cumul des mandats est au centre de l’attention publique. Combien de mandats ? Rémunérés ou pas ? Selon quels critères ? Le MR fait une proposition de loi, le PS vote lors d’un congrès statutaire extraordinaire, et la question est même au centre des négociations entre le CDH et ses alliés potentiels. Il y a pourtant une question plus fondamentale qui reste occultée : tous ces mandats sont-ils nécessaires ?
