Le 21ème siècle doit être le siècle de la prise de décision rationnelle et consciente. De l’acceptation que toute mesure doit être mesurée, doit être remise en question régulièrement et qu’il n’est pas de posture morale plus élégante pour un politicien que de dire « Je me suis trompé, changeons de cap ».

I iked the #Netflix show Salvation.
It happens to show a US democracy in full turnoil confronted to cataclismic events, political coup and in the second season, the COPE cult, designed to accept the End of the World, while its founder fund his way out of the planet with deceit, manipulation, terrorism and doing precisely the opposite of its own preaching.Interesting take on how people of all walks of life get in the cult, infiltrating every layers of US society.
It’s a dramatic fiction where activist group named #resyst takes most world power hostage to foster, impose global collaboration to solve the issue of an incoming meteorite towards earth.
There is also an interesting place given to Science in the show, on one side, science to save the planet on the other, despair, darkness and self harm elevated as a cult to accept the inevitable.

If your platform cannot survive with the inflated, manipulated "growth" brought by conspiracy theories, antivax, political or religious radicalisation on demand (think YouTube, Facebook, Reddit, Twitter and even more spots like Parler/Gab/Bitchute)
You are part of the problem or at the very least maintaining it for profit.

#QAnon toxic melting pot of conspiracy theories has the potential, with the #covid19 pandemic to craft a very toxic landscape that will potentially put entire democracies at risk, including “sane, strong” democracy like Germany or even the entire European project.

Intéressant dilemme que j’ai résolu d’un manière similaire, mais avec en plus, le côté #Indieweb qui me permet de commenter ce que je pense de cet article chez moi (si Ploum supportait indieweb sur son blog il verrait ce commentaire sous son article) par contre j’utilise beaucoup moins l’email pour échanger ou constituer une communauté de lecteurs/trices, normal vu que je n’écris pas dans ce sens, même si ça peut arriver un jour :)
